Challenge
A showroom revamp introduced new drywall partitioning, but partitioning alone leaves a space functional rather than memorable. The newly defined walls needed purpose. The challenge was to transform a set of blank partitions into a narrative environment, one that didn't simply display products but told the story of the brand and carried visitors through it.
The space had to do more than house appliances. It needed to communicate who SnoMaster is, where the brand comes from, and how its products fit into everyday life, all while guiding the natural flow of movement through the showroom.
Goal
The objective was to turn the showroom into a branded journey. Rather than treating the partitioning as a backdrop, the design needed to make the walls work, telling the SnoMaster story through visual storytelling, considered imagery and a deliberate spatial flow that took visitors logically and emotionally through the brand.
The aim was connection: to engage customers visually and emotionally, helping them see not just the appliances, but how SnoMaster fits into their lives.
Solution
Marshmallow Projects developed a full design concept that turned the new partitioning into a storytelling canvas, mapping content and visuals to the way visitors move through the space.
A brand narrative built into the walls. The design told the story of SnoMaster's history, giving the showroom depth and context. Visitors don't just browse products, they move through the brand's journey, building familiarity and trust as they go.
Typographical map locations. Showcasing the brand's reach and presence, typographical map locations were woven into the design, grounding SnoMaster geographically and reinforcing its credibility and scale.
Lifestyle-led imagery and colour. Carefully chosen imagery and colour schemes demonstrated how the appliances and the brand fit into everyday life. The visual language was designed to connect with customers on an emotional level, moving the showroom beyond product display into lifestyle aspiration.
Considered flow and journey. The layout and content were sequenced to guide visitors through the space intuitively, so the story unfolded naturally as they walked, with each partition contributing to a cohesive overall journey.
